Certificates
The Quality Management System was introduced in our company 2000. In June 2003 we obtained the certificate of conformity with the norm ISO 9001. 2015, upon further recertification another certificate of conformity with ISO 14001 was added of the already Integrated Quality and Environment Management System.
Analysis and tests
The laboratory of our company, where we add continuously new equipment, carries out the necessary chemical analysis and provides an ongoing monitoring of the bath parameters, adhesion tests, impact on various chemical agents as well as corrosion resistance in the salt chamber. We carry out surface roughness measurements after the streaming and abrasive processing as well, thickness measurement of the applied coating and gloss measurement of the powder coating.
Examinations and tests
Thanks to the cooperation with chemical corporations, our baths are examined and controlled regularly by the best equipped and specialised laboratories in the world - there, where new components are created continuously. Internal, permanent oversight over the process parameters allows us to keep its stability and to achieve the required results.
System development
The integrated quality and environment management system is being continuously improved and adopted to the requirements and the needs of our Clients. Within its activity, the company will develop the TPM and 5S rules by using the authors’ conceptions and the acquired experience.
New launches
Our activity is being continuously extended by implementing new launches preceded by APQP - quality planning for every process stage with obtaining a PPAP or VDA 2 confirmation.
